Compact, high purity, low pressure setting back pressure regulator
★J-Pure is a product designed as a back pressure regulator specifically for low-pressure gas applications in accordance with ASME BPE for sanitary use. ★Conventional small-diameter diaphragm back pressure regulators (and PRVs) had a minimum set pressure of approximately 34.5 kPa. Settings lower than this could not be stabilized. ★JSBLP is the first back pressure regulator with a compact body and a large-diameter diaphragm that can be set to as low as 7 kPa. <Features> • The large-diameter diaphragm effectively increases sensitivity required for ultra-low pressure settings. • The durable Jorlon diaphragm material has an extremely long lifespan, is compatible with CIP and SIP, and meets FDA and USP Class 6 standards. • The lower part of the diaphragm has a threaded connection with no residual areas for particulates. • The inline detachable trim reduces maintenance time. • The solid steel material ensures uniformity and surface finish. • High flow rate and high rangeability. • Soft seat provides ANSI Class 6 shut-off characteristics.
